Google Keep is a simple way to keep your notes, lists, reminders, links, and ideas organized in one place—and it’s already part of Google Workspace!
Open Google Keep from the Google Apps waffle.
Click Take a note and type a quick note or idea.
Select the checkbox icon to turn your note into a to-do list.
Use colors to organize notes by class, subject, or priority.
Add a label such as Lesson Ideas, To Do, or Meetings.
Pin important notes so they always stay at the top.
Open Google Docs or Slides and look for the Keep icon in the side panel to access your notes while you work.
💡 Teacher Tip: Try creating a Keep note called “Lesson Ideas” and add ideas throughout the week. No more sticky notes scattered across your desk!
