WEDNESDAY, November 16, 2022 — To officially kick off the celebration of the ABM Week 2022 with a theme, "Building Our Business Back Via Hybrid Operation," the Letran Senior High School Department organized a poster-making contest from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. at the Colegio's music room.
The contest aims to challenge students to develop promotional materials that may contribute to the economy even in simple ways, and incorporate business ideas in their crafts. Various Letran Senior Squires participated, each bringing their materials, and are genuinely equipped and ready to unleash their inner creativity.
The event started with the Quadricentennial prayer followed by the recitation of Letran’s Mission and Vision. The masters of ceremony, Ms. Abigail Asuncion from STEM11D and Mr. Maverick Don Beringuela from ABM11B, then briefly introduced themselves and expounded the rules and mechanics of the said poster-making contest. They highlighted the criteria for judging, which are: Relevance to the theme (40%), Originality (30%), and Aesthetic Appeal (30%), with a total of 100%. Indeed, the contest will put the contestants' imagination and skills to the test.
Moreover, Mr. Christian Reyes, ABM faculty, facilitated and is in-charged with the overall aspects of the said program. Participants are expected to come up with a poster in portrait orientation and immediately start the contest proper as the last few instructions were provided.
Winners for the Poster Making Competition will be revealed during the ABM Week’s Culminating activity on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
