We Were Visited by a Mystery Reader!
Miss Jen's preschool class was visited by a Mystery Reader on Tuesday, January 30th! Miss Pam stopped by to read "The Mitten" by Jan Brett with her world-famous storytelling talent. Then we did a mitten art activity! We had so much fun!
Thank you Miss Pam! Who could our next Mystery Reader be? It's a mystery just waiting to be solved!
We Turned Bennett Into a Winter Wonderland!
We brought the winter INSIDE at Bennett Preschool!
Our students explored an abundance of STEAM-focused activities during our Winter Wonderland event. From ice-skating, to snowflakes, to snowy sensory bins, the kids had a "snowball" learning about science in a fun and imaginative ways!

Bennett Preschool is Learning to Code!
Our classrooms at Bennett Preschool were visited by Sphero's Indi Robots! With the help of Miss Stephanie and Miss Haley, the students learned the basics of coding. We learned how to make Indi drive using color-based commands--how cool! We showed Indi how to drive fast, drive slow, stop, and even dance!

Miss Jen's and Miss Kayla's PM classes had a visit from a very special guest! Debbie Consalvo, author of the Adventures of Milo the Dog series, was invited to read her story to us!
It was amazing for the kids to meet a real author. She even gave us an autographed copy of her book! It was super fun, and we are looking forward to hopefully another visit later this year!

MISSION STATEMENT

We believe the bond between teachers and students is one of the most impactful relationships in a student’s life. As early educators, we have a responsibility to encourage each and every child to do their best, teach them resilience through the struggles of learning and life, and to help them achieve their highest potential.
