CPD Spotlight!

Kickstart LSA Training

Thank you to Amy Carlile, Director of Training and Professional Development, for leading an informative session on building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

During this workshop our Kickstart LSAs explored the skills needed for effective communication and top tips on how to build positive relationships in their new roles.

Participants came away with lots of practical examples to use in their new roles and are now looking forward to their next training session.
