Named by Education Business as one of the 50 most influential people in education (2022), Dr Fiona Aubrey-Smith is an award winning teacher and leader with a passion for supporting those who work with children and young people. As Founder of PedTech and Director of One Life Learning, Fiona provides strategic education consultancy support to schools and trusts, professional learning providers and EdTech companies. She is also an Associate Lecturer, Doctoral Supervisor and Consultant Researcher at The Open University and sits on the board of a number of multi academy and charitable trusts. Fiona is the lead author of the best selling book From EdTech to PedTech: Changing the way we think about digital technology and has been awarded Fellowships by the Chartered College of Teaching, the Royal Society of Arts, the National Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education and the Higher Education Association as well as a recipient of the Technology, Pedagogy and Education Research & Development Award (2021). Known for her energy, research and commitment to improving learning for all children and young people, Fiona is a regular keynote speaker at national and international events.
