In an intense boys’ football match, Cheam Fields displayed remarkable teamwork, initiating a strong defensive start that thwarted the opposition’s scoring attempts. The game took a turn when Cheam Common secured a goal late in the second half, leading 1-0. Strategic substitutions injected fresh energy, and goalkeeper Luca’s brilliant saves maintained the narrow lead. With just 8 minutes left, Cheam Fields showcased impressive team play, resulting in Hendrix’s decisive goal. The final whistle blew, and the Cheam Fields boys celebrated a hard-fought draw. Freddy earned Player of the Match for his positive attitude and outstanding defensive contributions. Congratulations to the entire team!
