2019 CNY Moral Psychology Workshop

Speakers & Commentators

The 2019 workshop will be held on May 25, 2019 at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. The scheduled speakers and commentators are:

Jason D’Cruz (University of Albany) “Being Distrusted”

Commentator: Karen Frost-Arnold (Hobart and William Smith Colleges)

Camil Golub (Rutgers University-Newark) “Making Peace with Moral Imperfection: the Problem of Temporal Asymmetry”

Commentator: Jake Wojtowicz (King’s College, London).

Michelle M. Dyke (NYU) “All Day, Every Day”

Commentator: Hille Paakkunainen (Syracuse University).

Jay R. Elliott (Bard College) “Akrasia as a State of Character”

Commentator: Krisanna Scheiter (Union College)

Speakers will present for 35-40 minutes, and their talks will be followed by a short commentary and general Q & A.
