Dear Members of the Lehigh Community,
Wellness Week provides a time for us all to take a moment to step back from the everyday stressors of university life in the midst of a hectic semester. I encourage you to participate in the opportunities for rest and self-care that are available this week. Catch up with friends, get outside and enjoy some fresh air, watch a movie, meditate, exercise—whatever “rest” looks like for you, please be sure to make some time for it.
Special thanks to the faculty who adjusted their courses for this week, and to all those who planned the many events and activities available on campus and virtually.
