The Lehigh Formula SAE team is an undergraduate engineering club composed of 30+ engineering and business students with an interest in the motorsports and related industries. Each year the team designs, manufactures, and races a custom single seat racecar in the Society of Automotive Engineers' collegiate design competition. Our experience in developing the prototype race vehicle educates students in the application of engineering principles, the impacts of business decisions, and the importance and value of establishing supplier relationships.
