New sod should be watered immediately after installation. Proper watering during the establishment period is critical to rooting and long–term plant health. Watering frequency may vary depending on weather conditions, sod type and property conditions. 

Most sod begins establishing within the first couple of weeks, but full rooting can take several weeks depending on irrigation, weather, soil conditions and foot traffic. 

In most cases sod installation requires preparation of the area first. Existing grass, weeds or unhealthy turf may need to be removed to promote proper root contact and long–term success. 

We install multiple sod varieties depending on property conditions, sunlight exposure, traffic levels and customer goals. Recommendations are made during the evaluation process 

We offer a limited time warranty on qualifying sod installations when proper watering instructions are followed and ongoing maintenance requirements are met. Warranty eligibility may vary depending on property conditions and maintenance practices.
