We are holding weekly TLA Inductions that are scheduled across all sites

As part of your onboarding, you are encouraged to book onto our Teaching, Learning and Assessment (TLA) Induction. These sessions run weekly across various sites, and we aim for all new staff to complete the induction within their first week of joining the organisation. The session introduces our new TLA IMPACT Strategy, which is designed to enhance teaching effectiveness and improve student outcomes through practical, evidence-based approaches.
