About Me

Hello! The 2023-2024 school year is my seventh year teaching at Valley View, but my twelfth year teaching elementary school. Prior to moving to Lebanon Township, I taught second and fourth grades at Tuscan Elementary in Maplewood, NJ. I grew up in Cranford, NJ and graduated from Montclair State University, so I was fortunate to teach in a district close to home. However, my husband and I branched out and bought a house in Lebanon Township in 2014. Once we realized how much we loved where we lived, I decided to look for a teaching position closer to our new home!

We have two dogs at home that are pictured above, so naturally, some of our hobbies revolve around them. We like to take them hiking, camping, and on various other adventures. I also enjoy coaching volleyball, reading, listening to podcasts, engaging in fitness related activities, and most of all, spending time with friends and family. 

I am passionate about creating a supportive and enriching environment for children to feel comfortable, confident, and happy at school.
