LMS School Counseling Department Mission

The Lebanon Middle School Counseling Department strives to provide all of its students with a comprehensive developmental counseling program that fosters the personal growth of all students and prepares students to be college & career ready.

The counseling program focuses on academic, career and social/personal development. As part of the counseling program each student will develop a Student Success Portfolio (SSP) that will continue with them through the 12th grade. Through personal meeting, group counseling and classroom guidance, students in grades 5-8 are taught skills that will help them to be productive members of society. The LMS School Counseling Department works with all student sin the process of becoming College and Career Ready.
