Throughout this website our team of researchers made of Serge Dufour, Nicola Jelitto, Petter Stenson, Yatharth Kumar, Akina September, and Sophie Paul have gone over the most relevant information in their most concise and comprehensive way in order to educate the local and global community about how can we use the internet and social media to our advantage, and in the most beneficial way as possible for our mental and physical health. In order to accomplish these goals we have decided to explore a range of studies researching on psychological effects of certain types of usages of the internet and social media can be linked and connected to by experiments and studies. In order to make sure we educate the community how the internet can be used to your advantage, we have been discussing mainly about the negatives of the internet and social media, including the mental health disorders it can create and sedentary lifestyle. In addition we have gone to the extent of discussing the dangers of artificial intelligence, and what do we need to make sure we do to in order to keep artificial under our control and to our advantage. We also mention how we contribute to artificial intelligence's knowledge about the human civilization by using the internet and social media. We look quite specifically at the psychology and mental aspect behind internet users, and how they interact with different internet factors, through evoking and displaying feelings or showing impatience. We looked at a range of studies to help give us figures and statistical data. However to introduce all these extremely intriguing topics research we had to start of introducing the internet and how it lead into social media by devoting a page of the website to recounting the birth and history of the internet, and what factors interacted with its creation. And ultimately how it became such a important moment in not only scientific history but also human history.
