Parts Center

The parts center allows users to create and/or edit the manufacturer, model, parts, and costs for devices.

1. Access Parts Center from the Parts menu on the Incidents menu.

2. Choose one of three tabs: Manufacturer, Model, or Part.

3. Manufacturer:

   • Add/Edit/Delete or Set Manufacturer Default

   • Migrate Manufacturers created during Google downloads or CSV uploads (learn more about Migrating Manufacturers)

4. Model:

   • Add/Edit/Delete Models; Associate with Models, and add parts to Model Details.

5. Parts:

   • Add/Edit/Delete Parts to/from default categories.

   • Add/Edit/Delete costs for parts.

   • Add/Edit/Delete stock amounts of parts for inventory.

   • Download Parts Inventory
