The parts center allows users to create and/or edit the manufacturer, model, parts, and costs for devices.
Access Parts Center from the Parts menu on the Incidents menu.
Choose one of three tabs: Manufacturer, Model, or Part.
Manufacturer:
Add/Edit/Delete or Set Manufacturer Default
Migrate Manufacturers created during Google downloads or CSV uploads (learn more about Migrating Manufacturers)
Model:
Add/Edit/Delete Models; Associate with Models, and add parts to Model Details.
Parts:
Add/Edit/Delete Parts to/from default categories.
Add/Edit/Delete costs for parts.
Add/Edit/Delete stock amounts of parts for inventory.
