Attributes are custom fields that allow the user to store additional information about devices, owners, or incidents. Attributes can be either check boxes, text boxes, or drop-down fields. Once added, Attributes can be used as an additional filter in reports. Contact the Learn 21 helpdesk to request attributes in your One2One Manager.
Access Attributes:
Search for the device, owner, or incident.
Attributes fields are on the far right.
Edit Attributes.
