Attribute Management

Access Attribute Management under the Admin Menu.

1. Users can upload the values for custom fields on devices, owners, or incidents through the use of a CSV.

2. Selecting Bulk Update will allow you to download a template, read important notes about CSV file uploads, or just enter required fields.

   1. Click on "More Information" for acceptable attribute values.
