Step Two:
Now, go to your Google Drive.
Look at any files you have that are "Untitled".
Rename the file so it is matches the content.
Step Three:
Create a folder for each grade level. For example, "Grade 10", "Grade 11", and "Grade 12".
Within each grade folder, make a folder for each class. For example "English 10" and "Science 10" would be folders inside your "Grade 10" folder.
Now, move any files (slides, docs, etc) into the matching grade level and class folder.
All educational institutions were advised that limitations on GSuite storage will come into effect in July 2022. This reminder is for everyone, that your District Google Drive should only be used to store work-related files, documents, pictures, and videos.
By clicking on this icon, it will bring up your current Google Drive storage usage and identify the largest files that you are currently storing in Drive, Gmail, and Photos.

If you are currently storing large amounts (>100GB), your District Google Drive account could be flagged for further action.
