Your District Google Drive should only be used to store work-related files, documents, pictures, and videos.
By clicking on this icon, it will bring up your current Google Drive storage usage and identify the largest files that you are currently storing in Drive, Gmail, and Photos.
Please remove any personal files or older work files that are no longer needed. To learn how to download and/or transfer files to a personal GSuite account click HERE.
If you are currently storing large amounts (>100GB), your District Google Drive account could be flagged for further action.

Your school account (@learn.sd23.bc.ca) gets deleted after graduation. It is important to move any school files you will be needing or want over to your personal drive.
There are 2 options available when it comes to downloading or transferring your SD23 GSuite data.
Option #1: Google Takeout Tool: this process allows you to download and/or transfer files in which you are the 'Owner'.
Option #2: Download All Your Files: this process allows you to download copies of EVERYTHING in your Google Drive.
