The world is an ever-evolving place and it needs the young and inspired to take charge and lead the way into the future. The program here at OKM is designed to empower our youth and give them opportunities to be the change we need in the world. Leadership Conference are designed to teach and inspire students to find their strengths and show them opportunities to lead in a variety of ways. It also allows them to connect with other students, who, like themselves, want to create a better school, a better community and a better world for themselves and for others.
