November 30- Write a friendly letter in a role as someone who lives in Regina. Describe your community. Mention geographic features, such as bodies of water, food sources, land, soil and climate.

Science - Duotang work is important as students discover how to organize information into graphs. There will be a Maker Space performance evaluation December 14 and a Science Quiz December 17.

Upcoming Events for October 9st-12th

  • Please be mindful of the weather and have students come to school appropriately dressed (hats, gloves, scarves, snow pants and tops) for the weather.
  • Please ensure students are exchanging their home-reading books on a regular basis (preferably each week). New books go home on Mondays (except for holidays) and be returned to school on the Friday.
  • Message folders should always go back and forth between school along with the agenda and home reading bag. This is how I will update parents on curriculum and assessments.
  • High frequency words are being added to your child's agenda. Your child can develop their vocabulary by using these words to write sentences in a journal at home.
  • If you would like to order a fun lunch (Subway) for October 19th, get your order in before Sunday Oct 14th.
