Company Overview - Products/Services: Personalized video games designed for Pre-K to Grade 8. Squiggle Park & Dreamscape are engaging, easy-to-use applications that provide all kids a fun way to succeed in reading. Using video game interfaces kids love, students are motivated to master skills such as letter identification, blending, and spelling in Squiggle Park and comprehension in Dreamscape. Our goal: To swap our the time kids spend gaming with time kids spend reading through games. Educators and administrators can monitor student progress in simple online reports and assign specific content to individual students or the full class.
Product Design - Problem Statement: Squiggle Park is uniquely positioned to support independent and distance learning by delivering reading curriculum through popular video game interfaces. The game mechanics which are connected to the reading content draw on growth mindset, increasing motivation to play and learn.
