These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you, the individual user (“you”, “your”), and Fusion Flow Tech (“we”, “our”, “us”). They govern your use of the AI Image Generator – Nano AI mobile application (the “App”), including all related features, services, and digital content.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the latest version of this document. By continuing to use the App after updates are posted, you accept the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App independently.
Users aged 13–17 may only use the App with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 years old may only access the App through an account created and managed by a parent or guardian (e.g., Family Sharing setup).
By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age and legal capacity requirements.
The App is provided solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
Distribute, sell, or resell the App or its content.
Copy, alter, or attempt to reverse engineer the App’s source code or design.
All intellectual property rights in the App remain the property of Fusion Flow Tech and its licensors.
Your privacy matters to us. Information about how we collect, use, and protect your data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes only. This license does not allow you to:
Commercially exploit the App or its content.
Reproduce, republish, or redistribute the App without our permission.
Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access.
When using the App, you must not:
Engage in unlawful or harmful behavior.
Post or create defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
Promote or assist in illegal activities (e.g., copyright infringement, fraud).
We may take legal or technical action against violations.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. Access may be limited by device compatibility, internet connectivity, or other factors outside our control. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and options are displayed in the App via the Google Play Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Free trial periods (if offered) will convert into paid plans unless canceled in advance.
You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
We may adjust pricing or plans with prior notice through the App.
The App may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, products, or policies of those third parties. Any issues with external services must be addressed directly with the provider.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without delays, errors, or interruptions.
The App will be free from viruses or harmful components.
The App will meet your specific needs or expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Flow Tech shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising from your use of the App, including issues caused by third-party services accessed through the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
