In most cases, the flow will look similar to this photo. You will check in (right side of photo), they will seat you in rows depending on what section you are (chairs seen) and then call you back as a big group to go to the judge in a separate room.

You will check in according to the time listed on your conference badge. Your holding time is your check in time. This is usually a massive waiting game. You will hurry to get there, and typically wait awhile to get going.

Remember to bring everything you need to compete, including ID, but leave your cell phone with your belongings and trusted friend.
