Thank you for visiting PHE's school counseling site! My name is Lisa Thomas, and I am extremely excited to serve our Huskies and their families as the school counselor for the 2023-2024school year! This will be my fourth year as an elementary school counselor and my 18th year as an educator in Leander ISD. Prior to this role, I served as an elementary classroom teacher, intervention specialist, and behavior specialist. As a school counselor I get to teach monthly social/emotional classroom lessons, work with students in small group settings, provide individual counseling as needed, and SO much more!
