Tech support for students starts in the library. If your mLISD laptop is not working, you will either receive a quick fix or a loaner laptop from library staff. Bringing a personal laptop to school? Click on blue Create Request button at the bottom of the screen. Provide as much detail as you can about the problem.

After you submit the ticket, watch your email for a quick solution or instructions for making a tech support appointment.

Virtual Learner Tech Support appointments are happening at the back of LHS with a reserved parking spot, but require an appointment so make sure you get that ticket created to start the process!

Need to get a laptop? It's never too late to participate in mLISD. Make your payment on the mLISD site today. Laptops are generally checked out one school day after the payment is entered into the system. Scholarship applications are available. Email your counselor or AP for more information.
