Yay for ukuleles!

Ukulele Club will meet on Mondays or Tuesdays after school in RM 3003.

Q: What will we do?

A: You will learn chords, how to tune, strumming techniques, and get to practice playing your instrument. If you don't have a ukulele, you can borrow mine. :)

This is a great way to try out the instrument before you buy to see if you like it!

A ukulele...

-is NOT a tiny guitar. 🤣

-only has 4 strings!

-comes in a few different sizes-- I suggest starting with a soprano (the smallest) or a concert (the next size up).

-is easy to start --> you can learn 3-4 chords on the first day!

Ukulele Resources!

I will ALWAYS suggest that you spend time at home practicing. This is the ONLY way you will begin to master this instrument. 

• Learn some songs! --> find a song you like and see if you can learn it! You can also look at the most popular or look songs up by difficulty. The cool thing is, you can find guitar chords and use those-- it will just be played differently.
