Parent Night Information

The third grade team this year consists of Mrs. Crossman, Mrs. Tendick, Mrs. Anderson, Mrs. Cornell, Mrs. Lackey, and myself. Your child will switch between two teachers, one for math and science (me) and one for language arts and social studies (Mrs. Lackey.) During flex time your child may end up working with any of the fifth grade teachers receiving instruction in small group work or enrichment activities.

Report cards : This year, our third grade team joins with the majority of LISD in not having grades. Instead, you will continue to get feedback via the paper report cards like you received from first and second grade. There will be no online grade book, so please check your child's daily work or Wednesday folder to see how they are progressing.

PACE math : PACE math will be taught within the class. As we approach each PACE skill, all students will have the opportunity to try it, with PACE students required to complete it.
