Welcome to Kindergarten!!! I am very excited to have the opportunity to work with you and your child this year.

I would like to let you know a little bit about myself, since we will become a team headed for success for your child. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I am starting my 22nd year in education and my 18^th year working for Leander ISD. I have been in kindergarten for 8 years and this is my fifth year teaching at Reagan. Before I was a classroom teacher I was an instructional assistant in special education while working on getting my BSIS.

I have a wonderful husband Jason; who helps and supports me in all of my adventures. We have two children: a wonderful daughter Anathea who is working as a behavior therapist with children with Autism and is pursing a degree in criminal psychology and a fascinating 6-year-old boy Atticus who will be in First grade this year here at Reagan. He sure has brought a lot of excitement into our lives. We also have a fur-baby Heidi. We love to go for hikes, walks around our neighborhood, reading, doing art and playing outside.

I am looking forward to having an amazing school year!
