OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a management and planning framework used to set goals and measure progress towards those goals in an organization. They were popularized by Andy Grove, co-founder of Intel, and later adopted by companies like Google and many others. 

OKRs are used to align teams and employees with the organization's strategic objectives and to measure performance effectively.
