Ken Harmon
Author of The Happiness Handbook, Professor at Kennesaw State University
Arne Duncan is a nationally recognized leader in public education and civic life. He served as U.S. Secretary of Education from 2009–2015 and previously led Chicago Public Schools, where he focused on improving outcomes for students and strengthening public trust in schools. Since leaving public office, Duncan has continued to support communities and education leaders through work that emphasizes collaboration, opportunity, and the role of public institutions in a strong democracy.
Ken Harmon is the author of The Happiness Handbook and a professor at Kennesaw State University, where he teaches and researches topics related to well-being, purpose, and personal growth. His work bridges research and practical application, helping individuals and leaders better understand what drives fulfillment and sustainable success. Harmon is known for making complex ideas accessible and actionable for diverse audiences.
