LCUSD Homework Guidelines – First graders shall be responsible for school related homework activities to be completed in no more than 10 minutes per school day.
Homework menu - Students choose to complete at least 4 boxes weekly.
Digital copies of assignments will be posted on our class website.
Reading for enjoyment (whether independently or with a parent) each night is strongly encouraged. Students become better readers by reading!
Have a set time & workspace for your child to complete homework assignments.
Review your child’s notebook in order to help ensure that they complete their homework assignments.
Student Daily Glow & Grow Reflection Sheet should also be in your child's homework folder. This sheet will travel back and forth to school each day.
