Mrs. Welch's Class

About Me: 

My name is Kimberly Welch and I teach 1st grade here at Brooklyn Springs Elementary. I am from Jefferson, SC. I live with my husband Adrian and our son, Aidan. He is 15 years old, in the 10th grade and attends Central High School in Pageland, SC. I have three bonus children and four grandchildren. 

We love baseball!! Our son Aidan plays travel ball, so we spend a lot of time at the field. That's usually where you can find us! 😉

This year will be my 8th year teaching. I have taught 5th grade, 3rd grade and SPED and now 1st! I have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I attended school at Grand Canyon University. (Go Lopes!) 

I love my students- they are my "why". ❤️I am excited to meet everyone and learn about each of my students. It's going to be a great year!
