Chromebook Troubleshooting Guide

Please follow these steps before submitting a Help Desk form.

STEP 1 FOR ALL ISSUES

Perform a hard reset. This fixes 90% of the chromebook issues that students commonly experience.

STEP 2 FOR ALL ISSUES

Check to see that Chrome is updated to the latest version.

STEP 3 FOR ALL ISSUES

Remove the user and sign in again.

Steps to Remove the User

  1. Sign out

  2. Click the arrow beside students name

  3. Remove this user

  4. Remove this user again

  5. Shut down.
