My name is Kristen Clay. I was born and raised in Kershaw and am a proud KES Bulldog. I am also a proud graduate of Andrew Jackson High School. I have a BA in Early Childhood from USC-Upstate and a MA in Education with a STEM Leadership Emphasis from NASA's Endeavor program and their partnership with Adams State University. I began my teaching career in Kershaw County as a third grade teacher. In 2017, I had the opportunity to come home as an Instructional Math Coach for KES!I enjoy being at KES where we love to see students learning and growing each day!

My husband, Byron, and I have a son, Reece, that attends AJMS. We love to spend time with family and travel with our camper. We are a sports loving family! Reece loves to play basketball, and although our house is a house divided, we love football in the fall.
