Hello! This will be my eighth year coaching the Academic Challenge team at ILMS and my eleventh year overall being involved with Academic Challenge. I am in my second year as a Media Specialist and will be starting my nineteenth year of teaching. I can't wait to work with your students!

Growing up in LCSD, I participated in Academic Challenge from 5th to 12th grade. I am the lifelong learner I promised to be every day after the pledge at North Elementary School, where my love for Academic Challenge started. Now, as a 7th grade Social Studies teacher at Indian Land Middle School, I love teaching my kids new vocabulary and interesting facts. I am thrilled to share the joy of knowledge with our students and Academic Challenge team.
