Avoiding Plagiarism 

A Reminder to use information responsibly and ethically: All forms of cheating and plagiarism are not acceptable. The misrepresenting by students of homework, class work, tests, reports, or other assignments as if they were entirely their own work shall be considered forms of cheating and/or plagiarism. Consequences of cheating and/or plagiarism shall be academic in nature unless repeated incidences required disciplinary action. Consequences for cheating will take into account the grade level of the student and the severity of the misrepresentation.
