About Me

Welcome to our class.  My name is Katye Zekoski, and I am thrilled to be teaching English at Lancaster High School.  As a graduate of LHS, it is exciting to be able to come back home and support students here.  I am a graduate of both The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s in English, and Winthrop University with a Master’s in Teaching.  In my spare time, I enjoy reading young adult and classic literature, cooking, and spending time with my husband and our dog.  I have spent this summer preparing lots of productive and engaging lessons for my students, and I can’t wait to get started!
