Who will be using the new online registration system?

  • Parents of both new students and returning students will use the new system to register their students electronically.

When can parents start using the new online registration system?

How do you get logged into the online registration system? - For Parents New to Lauderdale County Schools

  • Go to to signup for an account and begin registering your students.
  • You still need to come by and visit your local school to meet with an administrator to finalize your enrollment. Submission of online registration only DOES NOT guarantee enrollment.

How do you get logged into the online registration system? - For Returning Parents

  • Go to
  • Your username is most likely the email address or phone number of your student's primary contact person. If you're not sure you can use the "Forgot Username" link to get a hint as to what it is (if the hint starts with a "2" and ends with "et", it's most likely a phone number). If that's not enough you can contact your local school to retrieve your username.
  • If you don't know your password you can use the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the sign in page.

What do you do if it keeps asking for a 6 digit access code?

  • If your children are showing up, but you keep getting requested for an access code -
    • Try clicking on the "Re-Enroll" button.
  • If none of your students are showing up and you keep getting requested for an access code -
    • You may be trying to use a different username (either email or phone number) than is currently associated with your student. If you have a different email or phone number that could possibly be listed as the primary contact for your student try it instead. If that does not work, then please contact your local school or SchoolMint support, by email or by phone (855) 957-3535 Press 1 for family support during our support hours 9am CST to 5pm CST.

Will a parent still have to come visit the school?

  • You will be able to fill out the paperwork online, but you may still need to come by school to pay any fees.
  • If your student is out-of-district or out-of-zone you can still submit all paperwork electronically, but you will need to come by school and meet with an administrator.
  • If you student is new to the district you will still fill out your student information online, but you will still need to come by school to meet with an administrator.

What are the advantages of using this to enroll students online?

  • Forms can be completed from most any online device*, including smartphones
  • Parents no longer have to print out forms to bring to the school
  • Parents will spend less time at the school registration events than in past years
  • For returning students, some information will be pre-filled, so that parents can confirm correct information and change outdated information
