Reading Textbook Adoption
As part of All In Virginia and the Virginia Literacy Act (VLA), every student in kindergarten to grade five will receive core literacy instruction based on scientifically based reading research and evidence-based literacy instruction, as defined in the VLA. As a result of this, we will be adopting textbooks for grades K-5 for the 2024-2025 school year. The following books have been approved by the VDOE and have been assessed by our teachers.
