Matt Long

Track All-State: 2007

Matt earned all-state honors in 2007 as part of the 4x800M relay and currently holds school records for both the 4x400M relay and 4x800M relay.

Matt was also a standout basketball player who was selected to the all-conference, all-district, and KJEL all-star teams.

Matt went on to continue his basketball career at Missouri Valley College.
