Jacob Childers

Baseball All-State: 2010

Jacob was the starting center fielder for both the 2008 and 2010 Conway Bears final four teams and was selected as a member of the all-state team in 2010 after hitting .519 with 56 hits, 40 RBI, 16 doubles, 2 triples, 8 homeruns, 52 runs scored, and 17 stolen bases.

At the time his 56th hit set a new MSHSAA record for the most hits in a season and it still ranks among the top.

Jacob graduated with the school single season records for hits, runs scored, and doubles before going on to play college baseball at Ozarks Christian College and Evangel University.
