The Office of Admissions at George Mason University invites you and your students to join us for the 20th annual ALCANZA College Fair, virtually! As you know, Mason hosts ALCANZA each year to promote higher education opportunities to Latinx high school students in our community. ALCANZA is one of the largest college fairs in Northern Virginia and annually welcomes more than 2,000 students. Since we are going virtual this year, we will be marketing to Latinx students not only in Northern Virginia, but also across the country!
Participating colleges are currently registering, and student registration will open on September 28. However, as a wonderful past supporter of this fair, we wanted to make sure we sent you a save the date. When student registration opens, you will receive a link to pass along to students. We welcome educators to register as well! For more information please visit https://events.admissions.gmu.edu/alcanza/.

Good afternoon,
As promised the recording links for FAFSA week are enclosed. There was a great turnout, more than 1970 individuals registered for the 19 different sessions. Recordings of the presentations are available in English and Spanish on the NOVA website. We will be adding additional Spanish recordings. Look for another round of live Financial Aid workshops, some in Spanish, to be offered in June/July.
