This is my 9th year as an Elementary School Counselor. I've previously worked with children and adults in the mental health system.
At M-NES, my goal is to empower students to become healthy, responsible, and productive 21st-century leaders who respect themselves, others, and the world around them.
I take a whole-child approach to support student success, teaching essential social skills, emotional regulation, and anxiety management through engaging methods such as mindfulness, expressive art play, relaxation techniques, and meaningful time in nature. I believe that connecting with the outdoors helps students feel grounded, calm, and more in tune with themselves and others.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns or questions—I’m here to support both students and families every step of the way!
