Spooktacular 2017

Spooktacular is a student run and student directed Halloween safety show put on for grades k-3. This is an annual event held on Halloween in the LCHS auditorium. There are two shows, one at 9 and one at 1, to accommodate all the schools that attend. This year around 950 students are expected to attend.

There are no auditions because it is only for thespian members. Students must earn 10 point by participating in shows and speech before they are considered a Thespian.

Thespian officers are in charge of everything from writing the script, to teaching the songs and dances. Every year the same lessons are taught, however, with different themes. This year the thespians' president, Shannon Rahn, has written a fun filled show around the idea of the movie Up.
