Curriculum and Classs Groups

Limerick Community Special School caters for Children aged 4-18 years with complex needs in the area of Moderate General Disability or Autism. The school has 30 students enrolled for September 2024.

Our school provides the Primary Curriculum and Junior Cycle Level 1 Learning Programmes.
In time we hope to provide the Senior Cycle Level 1 that is currently being developed by the NCCA.

Based in Mungret College, class groupings will be based on a combination of age, appropriate peer groupings, and the needs of each child.
