I am thrilled to be starting my sixth year at LCCS and my thirty-third year in Christian education. I have been attending Christian schools since third grade when I transferred from public schools to Christian and have been in Christian education since. I grew up in south Florida and attended Pensacola Christian College from where I graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. I met my wife at PCC, and we were married in 1984. We moved to Fort Worth in 1985 and I started teaching at a Christian School. I spent 27 years there and wore many hats during that time: elementary teacher, middle school teacher, high school teacher, middle school supervisor, assistant principal, principal, football coach, basketball coach, and (my passion) baseball coach. Through a series of God movements, I came on staff as an English teacher at LCCS in October of 2013 and became Bible Department Chair in 2014. This year I am adding a Life Skills class and a Leadership class and am also the Director of Spiritual Life. My heart's cry is for young men and women to fully know Jesus Christ in an intimate way and to live their lives in a way that shouts to the world, "I belong to Jesus!"
