If you or your child is in French or Web Design at Lawson High School, you’ve come to the right place! This is where you can find general information about my classes. Additionally, you’ll find links to items that I use as a part of my instruction.
Since our district is a Google.edu school, you'll find most of the information you need within that platform. Your student has been (or will be) instructed on the use of Google Classroom. This is a powerful work flow tool. You, or your student, can find the current vocabulary words, Quizlet join codes, assignments, and so much more. If you are a parent or guardian, ask your student about Google Classroom. Better yet, ask them to show you! This tool is accessible from any device, whether PC, mac, Android, iOS. The mobile app is free.
Please feel free to contact me using the link from the menu to upper left corner (Contact Me). If you wish to contact me by phone, my plan period is from 1:11 – 2:01.
Paper for notes (sprial recommended, but loose leaf works as well.
Additional paper for weekly assignments
Organizational material of your choice: binder, folder etc.
Since the class is on computers, you don't need much for this class. I do recommend a a pair of earbuds (not Bluethooth). You will be using a desktop computer in the HS computer lab. You will not need your laptop unless you are working from home. In that case, you'll need to download a few free programs.
