Breakfast in the Classroom is Back!
Hey students, are you enjoying your breakfast? When you think of the school breakfast, what pops up in your head? What is your favorite breakfast item at Sendak? My favorite school breakfast food is cereal! I like to have it with milk because milk helps your bones get stronger and it’s good for breakfast because cereal is also very delicious. There are so many different kinds of cereal, like Honey Nut Crunch and Cheerios. If you have cereal, your bones will be strong and you won’t be so tired. It is also crunchy and tasty. There are different flavors like blueberry and cinnamon. Some cereals have a lot of calories like chocolate cereal, but other cereals are very healthy. For example, Chex has 180 calories. Also, some cereals have gluten free ones. Cereal was first introduced in 1863 and kids love cereal!
