Ms. Corrigan's

Parent & STaff site

Welcome to my website! I'm Ms. Corrigan, Psychiatric Social Worker for the 2021-2022 year for Woodland Hills Academy. As a school social worker, my goal is to help remove socio-emotional barriers to learning. For your students, I can give presentations and run programs that teach them how to stay well, express their feelings, and more. I also make referrals for many different services, do individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, host parent workshops, and more!

With the global pandemic and social unrest, we are all navigating unprecedented times. It is understandable to feel overwhelmed right now. If you are a parent in need of resources for your family, or believe that your child may need someone to talk to right now, please reach out and I will offer support to you and your child.

CRISIS

If you or your child are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please seek immediate assistance by calling 911 or the 24/7 ACCESS line of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health at (800) 854-7771.
